  前期工作是何其的重要，任何人在做任何事情的时候，前期的准备工作都是花去很多的时间，但是前期的工作准备好了，为后面的事情做了一个很好的铺垫，那么做起事情就可以是很顺利的完成。那么喷涂设备也是一样，只要前期工作准备完整，在喷涂的过程中，准备充分就会直接影响喷涂的好坏，喷涂设备在正式的工作之前要注意的如下几点：

1、避免产生静电火花，所有无气喷涂设备都应良好的接地。

2、喷涂的涂料要先过滤，滤网应根据涂料的粘度、粒度进行选择。滤网太细涂料不易通过，过粗则喷枪容易被堵塞。

3、为了减少压缩机造成污染的可能性，空气压缩机应尽可能的远离喷涂现场。

因为进行喷涂的工作，不像其他的工作可以进行返工，一旦确定了喷涂的颜色，就只能继续下去。所以前期的工作就一定要十分的注意，才能在后续的工作当中顺风顺水。
