What is the material of the powder coating booth? Why use such material?

Powder coating booth in general adopting engineering plastic, it including both PVC and PP. PVC usually applied in common powder coating booth, PP used in high-end quality powder coating booth. The engineering plastic has good insulating property, which is uneasy to accumulate the powder on the booth and easy to clean.

1. Use the PP or PVC is easy to get the powder coating booth cleaned(fast color change).    

2. If using conductive material as the powder coating booth wall, there will accumulate the powder easily on the powder coating room wall. When the accumulated powder is thick enough, it will be easy to off to contaminate the finished painted workpieces.

1) Insulating material, non-conductive, won’t cause bulk powder accumulation problems, easy to clean, save time and labor;

2) The electrostatic powder forms a light and thin layer on the surface of the material, which has a rebound effect on the electrostatic powder afterwards, effectively avoiding powder accumulation;
